The short version: Finara shows you evidence and its own reading of it. Every investment decision, and every consequence of one, is yours.

Finara is an information and decision-support tool. It is not a financial adviser, not a broker, and not authorised or regulated by any financial authority. Nothing it shows you is a personal recommendation, and nothing in it takes account of your circumstances, your tax position or your goals.
The Buy / Hold / Sell calls are the output of a model reading public market data. They are market-wide observations, not instructions to you, and Finara deliberately avoids telling you that anything is suitable for you — because it cannot know.
Investing carries risk, including losing money. Past performance says nothing reliable about the future, and a signal that was right before can be wrong next time. If you want advice for your situation, speak to someone qualified and regulated to give it.
You trade wherever you already do, and record what you did. Anything a plan here suggests is something you carry out yourself, at your own discretion.
Market data comes from third-party providers on free plans. It can be delayed, incomplete, or simply wrong, and coverage differs between assets — the app tells you how much evidence each signal is based on for exactly that reason. Prices shown are indicative, not tradable quotes.
Finara publishes a track record of its own past calls, including the failures. That is there to be checked, not to promise anything. No level of accuracy is guaranteed.
Keep your credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Use Finara for your own purposes, do not attempt to break, overload or scrape it, and do not use it to do anything unlawful. Free-tier data budgets are shared across all users, so automated hammering degrades the product for everyone and is grounds for having an account closed.
A read-only demo account exists for people who want a look around. It is shared, nothing done in it is saved, and it must not be used as a real portfolio.
Finara is free while in early access. If paid plans ever appear, existing free access will not be withdrawn without notice.
It is a small independent product offered as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Features may change or be withdrawn, alerts may be delayed or fail to arrive, and it may be unavailable when a data provider is. Do not rely on it for time-critical decisions.
To the extent the law allows, Finara is not liable for investment losses, for decisions taken using it, or for losses caused by inaccurate data, missed alerts or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the law of Sweden.
The trades, watchlists and settings you enter remain yours; Finara stores and processes them to run the product, as described in the Privacy Policy. The application, its design, the signal engine and the name Finara belong to its operator.
You can stop using Finara at any time and ask for your data to be deleted at privacy@finara.pro. An account may be suspended for the misuse described above.
Finara is an independent product operated by Leo Changani, a private individual based in Gothenburg, Sweden — not a company, and not a licensed financial institution. These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, and disputes fall to its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
